• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
• Due to the nature of beauty products, used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
